At Fiercemanstyle, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order or request a change after checkout. You may have selected the wrong size, entered an incorrect shipping address, ordered the wrong color, or changed your mind shortly after placing your order.

We do not charge a fee for eligible cancellation or order change requests. However, once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Please make sure your requested change is complete and accurate. If you are changing a shipping address, include the full corrected address.
Once the package has been shipped, Fiercemanstyle cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to ask whether rerouting, delivery hold, or pickup options are available.
If you selected the wrong size, color, or men’s polo shirt style, contact us quickly. We will review whether the requested item is available and whether your order can still be changed.

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been captured, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 12 days.
An order may not be cancelable if it has been packed, a shipping label has been created, or it has been picked up by the carrier.
An order may not be changeable if fulfillment has started, the shipping label is created, the carrier has received the package, or the requested item is unavailable.
Fiercemanstyle is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information at checkout, such as a wrong shipping address or wrong size selected.
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel it if the request is received before processing.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to discuss options like an alternate size, color, or a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, Fiercemanstyle cannot change the item, size, color, quantity, or shipping address. You may start a return after delivery if eligible.
If a customer refuses delivery, the package may be returned to sender. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
